Reporting to the Senior Mobile Maintenance Specialist, you will play a key role for the leadership of safe and productive mobile equipment maintenance operations department.You will be also responsible for the provision of maintenance repair activities, overseeing of maintenance planning activities, development and enhancement of mobile maintenance infrastructure, tooling, work practices, work place cleanliness, staff development and discipline Your responsibilities will include: Provide ‘hands on’ support, development, mentoring, training and guidance to the local staff in the field. Work with the Lao supervisors to assist breakdown maintenance and planned maintenance. Carry out all day to day activities ethically, responsibly and in accordance with recognised best practices in order to lead by example Develop and maintain a culture focused on delivering “best practice” maintenance and safety outcomes Work with the Supervisors to ensure 100% compliance with all statutory codes, acts, regulations and standards pertaining to day to day maintenance activities. To be successful in this role, you will require: Mechanical trade qualification Ssignificant experience in open pit mining fleet. Hands on experience with Caterpillar and Komatsu mining equipment. Strong understanding on mobile maintenance planning and execution.
