Assistant Sales Manager

We're looking for an 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to help drive commercial success, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the launch of one of Vientiane's most exciting new hospitality destinations. In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop business opportunities, strengthen key partnerships, and maximize revenue across multiple market segments. Responsibilities Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, conducting sales calls, and building a strong business pipeline Manage assigned accounts by maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, reviewing account performance, and developing long-term partnerships Execute strategic sales plans by preparing monthly action plans, identifying key market opportunities, and supporting the hotel's annual Sales & Marketing strategy Develop MICE, corporate, and leisure business by proactively pursuing new leads and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings Conduct hotel site inspections, client meetings, and business presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities, services, and unique guest experiences Maximize revenue through effective negotiations, strategic selling, and the promotion of hotel facilities, events, and additional services Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market positioning Support guest and VIP relationship management by ensuring exceptional service, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders Contribute to team development by supporting training initiatives, maintaining professional standards, and fostering a collaborative working environment Qualifications What We're Looking For We're looking for a motivated hospitality professional who brings both commercial awareness and a passion for building meaningful relationships.
