Description: About MALIKHAM MALIKHAM is a cosmetics retail brand based in Vientiane, Laos. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and manage daily store operations. Job Responsibilities: • Manage daily store operations. • Lead, train and supervise sales staff. • Arrange staff schedules and attendance. • Monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets. • Manage inventory, stock replenishment and product displays. • Ensure excellent customer service. • Handle customer complaints professionally. • Prepare daily sales reports and inventory records. • Maintain store cleanliness and brand image. • Assist with promotions and TikTok marketing activities. Requirements: • Previous retail management or team leadership experience. • Chinese communication skills are required. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Honest, responsible, organized and proactive. • Cosmetics or beauty retail experience is preferred. • Basic computer and reporting skills.
