Legal Associate

Description: Company ZICOlaw Laos is an international full service law firm providing legal services on all aspects of investments and legal compliance matters in Lao PDR. It is continuously recognized for its excellent legal services and legal team by several international legal ranking piblications. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate, located in Vientiane. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and analyzing legal issues. Daily tasks will include reviewing contracts, advising clients on legal matters, and maintaining compliance with local laws and regulations. The role demands a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications Strong understanding and knowledge of Lao PDR Law and Legal Issues Experience in Legal Document Preparation and relevant legal processes Analytical Skills to assess and interpret complex information Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Law or related field Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage Proficiency in both English and Lao languages is preferred Licensed lawyers is an advantage. Law graduates, legal interns, and trainee lawyers are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
