Description: TPLUS is hiring 1 VAS Systems Engineer. Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain the VAS systems (CBS, UVC, SPNV, RBT, SMSC, C-Focus), IR and the postpaid billing system. - Run promotion packages: manage promotion packages for prepaid and postpaid customers. - Customer issue handling: fix problems and handle complaints from prepaid and postpaid customers. - ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance: control and ensure operations follow the quality management and information security standards. - People management and development: manage the team and support the growth of staff knowledge, skills and abilities. - Budget control: plan, control and monitor spending so it is used efficiently. - Innovation and change: encourage creative thinking, introduce innovation and change management to improve operations. - Organisational culture and core values: promote and embed the organisation's culture and support commitment to it.
