Senior Sales Executive – Unilever Laos

Description: Unilever is looking for a Senior Sales Executive in Vientiane to manage key customer relationships and drive sustainable sales growth. You will work closely with customers, distributors and internal teams to identify business opportunities, run commercial activities, and ensure strong availability and visibility of the products in the market. Key responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors. - Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance, identify challenges and uncover growth opportunities. - Negotiate and close commercial agreements with customers at different levels. - Develop and execute sales and marketing activities in collaboration with customers. - Work with Channel and cross-functional teams on key campaigns and promotions. - Drive product availability, visibility, assortment, merchandising and share of shelf across assigned accounts. - Use market insights, customer information and internal sales data to identify opportunities and develop growth plans. - Manage trade spending and customer claims accurately and efficiently. - Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain customer service and on-time delivery. - Track account performance and act in time on business opportunities or issues. What we are looking for - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field. - At least 1 year of sales, account management or commercial experience, preferably in FMCG. - Strong customer relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills. - Comfortable working with sales data and turning insights into actions. - Resilient, proactive, able to decide in a fast-changing business environment. - Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. - Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is an advantage.
