Description: Primary Responsibilities: O & M Coordinator Engineer Functional Area (Key Responsibilities) - Comply with all internal policies and procedures, including company regulations, working hours, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Monitor daily reports to identify pending repair cases and coordinate with the technical repair team to ensure timely customer service. - Coordinate regularly with both in-house and outsourced technical teams to assign new and urgent cases, including Enterprise, DPLC, Fiber, and high-value residential customers, ensuring priority handling and prompt service. - Coordinate with relevant internal departments, including Finance, After-Sales Service, Sales, and Administration (Warehouse), to ensure smooth operations. - Escalate excessive or overdue repair cases to the immediate supervisor and propose appropriate corrective actions to resolve issues promptly. - Submit daily reports on completed and pending repair cases to the line manager before 5:00 PM. - Communicate with customers professionally, clearly, courteously, and effectively. - When customers request urgent repair services due to special circumstances, consult with the immediate supervisor for review and approval before assigning the case to the outsourced technical team. - Promptly inform the line manager of any customer cancellations, service changes, complaints, dissatisfaction, or delayed repairs so that appropriate corrective actions can be taken to minimize business impact. - Record and reconcile installation and repair equipment usage on a daily and weekly basis, and submit the records to the Finance Department for verification and reimbursement to outsourced service providers. - Consolidate information on customers who are ready to return equipment (e.g., ONT, Pocket WiFi, and CPE), coordinate with the Dispatch Team for equipment collection, and ensure returned equipment is transferred to the warehouse. - Prepare and issue Pocket WiFi devices to the Dispatch Team for delivery to customers awaiting installation or repair, based on customer service requirements. - Verify customer service coverage and installation availability for the Sales Department before sales registration. - Update FAT (Fiber Access Terminal) records with the Technical Team after installation or relocation has been completed, using the technical team's Excel tracking file. Knowledge Responsibilities: - Strong time management skills. - Good command of the English language. - Excellent customer service skills. - Strong active listening skills. - Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles. - Demonstrate commitment to thoroughly understanding the Company's products and services and continuously expanding product knowledge. - Strong training, learning, and self-development skills.
