End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement is between you and Ul.la. It applies to the Ul.la website and to the Ul.la apps for Android and iOS. Before you post an ad or send a message on Ul.la, you must accept it. It completes our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Ul.la has zero tolerance for objectionable content. You must not post, send or upload, in ads, photos, messages, your profile or company page:

  • Sexual or pornographic content, nudity, or anything that sexualizes minors.
  • Violent, gory or shocking content, or content that encourages violence, self-harm or terrorism.
  • Hate speech, or content that attacks people for their origin, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic.
  • Harassment, threats, insults, bullying or intimidation.
  • Anything illegal in the Lao PDR: weapons, drugs, protected wildlife, counterfeit or stolen goods, or any other prohibited product or service.
  • Scams, fraud, fake ads, or attempts to obtain money or personal data under false pretenses.
  • Personal information about other people without their consent.
  • Spam, or repeated unwanted ads and messages.

2. Zero tolerance for abusive users

Ul.la has zero tolerance for abusive users. Harassing, threatening, insulting or deceiving other users, or impersonating another person or company, is not allowed.

3. How we enforce these rules

  • Filtering: ads and messages are checked automatically, and content containing prohibited words is refused.
  • Reporting: every ad has a Report this ad link, and every conversation can be reported from its ⋮ menu.
  • Blocking: you can block any user from a conversation. They can no longer send you messages, their conversations disappear from your messages at once, and our team is notified.
  • Action within 24 hours: our team reviews every report within 24 hours. Objectionable content is removed, and the user who posted it is banned from Ul.la.
  • We may report illegal content to the competent authorities.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you post or send on Ul.la. Ul.la may remove any content, and suspend or delete any account, that breaks this agreement or the Terms of Service, without prior notice.

5. License

Ul.la grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the website and apps, which can be revoked if you break this agreement. The apps are licensed, not sold. If you use the iOS app, Apple's standard terms for apps from the App Store also apply; Apple is not responsible for Ul.la or its content.
