Jobs in Laos – vacancies, recruitment & staffing
Company: DT Global
Laos' job market spans a growing mix of sectors, from tourism and hospitality in Luang Prabang and Vang Vieng to manufacturing, logistics, and agriculture across the country, with the strongest concentration of office, IT, finance, and administrative roles in Vientiane Capital. International NGOs, embassies, and development organizations also hire steadily in Vientiane, often for project management, finance, and communications positions, while the growing telecom and banking sectors are creating demand for sales, customer service, and technical staff. Seasonal opportunities in hospitality and events pick up around the high tourist season (November to March), and construction and real estate hiring tracks the country's ongoing infrastructure projects. For recruiters and staffing agencies, UL.la lets you post job vacancies for free and reach jobseekers browsing by category, location, and job type across Vientiane Capital, Luang Prabang, Savannakhet, Champasak, and every other province. For jobseekers, browse open positions by sector - IT, finance, hospitality, human resources, sales, and more - filter by city, and apply directly through the contact details on each listing. New vacancies are added daily, so check back often or bookmark this page to follow the latest postings in your field.
