Location: Vientiane Capital Contract: Full-time, Permanent About The Role The Senior Trade Marketing Manager (On-Trade) is responsible for developing and executing channel strategies that drive sales growth, market share, brand visibility, and consumer engagement within the On-Trade channel (restaurants, bars, clubs, hotels, cafés, etc.). The role works closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Regional Trade Marketing teams to ensure effective channel execution and investment optimization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute channel strategies and programs to deliver sustainable growth. Monitor market and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Plan and implement trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations in line with the commercial plan. Create activation guidelines and support Sales teams in execution. Develop Picture of Success (POS) standards and improve outlet visibility through merchandising and POSM initiatives. Manage visibility and amenities budgets effectively. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably within FMCG. Strong understanding of sales, trade marketing, promotions, activations, and POSM management. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Fluent in Lao and English.
